		<description>Well said! Like with most things, sure, social networking should be done in moderation, but it does have its uses. I&#039;ve met all my best critiquing partners online, and have learned a lot about the craft of writing. I think it&#039;s especially important for those of us who live in small, remote towns where we have few opportunities to connect with writers in person. Despite the stereotype of the lonely writer slaving away in his/her garret, many of us do need to get out once in a while and talk with those who understand us, even if they are online.</description>
